Who looks after your data

What the site keeps

  • The site has no sign-up or login for customers.
  • While you build your booking, it's saved only in your browser (along with the name of the ad or partner that brought you, which goes in the WhatsApp message), so it isn't lost when you change pages. The "Clear booking" button deletes everything.
  • Google and Meta ad cookies and pixels are only used if you accept them in the site notice. Without your consent, none of this is loaded. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser.

When you send to WhatsApp

  • The "Complete booking" button opens your WhatsApp with the message ready. It only reaches us if you send it.
  • We use this data only to organize your trip: confirm availability, issue the voucher and pass it to the operator providing the service (for example, your name and flight time for the transfer van).
  • We don't use your data for advertising without your authorization, and we don't sell or share it for other purposes.

My booking

  • When you tap "Complete booking", the site keeps a summary of the order to show its status on the My booking page: code, first name, services, dates, number of people, amounts and the ad or partner that brought you, if any.
  • This summary is kept in the database of Cloudflare, the company that hosts the site, which may keep servers outside Brazil. The site never asks for card details.
  • If you fill in names, CPF and phone on the booking, this data is protected by encryption and does not go in the WhatsApp message. It is used only for the town hall registration on tours and to book the transfer. Filling it in is optional.
  • A booking only opens with the code and first name. Our team sees the orders in a protected area, with a username and password for each person.
  • To issue the voucher, our team records the lead traveler's phone number and the name, CPF and date of birth of the passengers. This data stays in the same database, protected by encryption, and only the authorized team can open it. It is used for this booking and to inform the service operators. The summary also keeps the lead traveler's full name, the places and the trip itinerary.
  • The summary is deleted 180 days after the trip or the last change, whichever comes later, and you can ask us to delete it sooner. The voucher data goes with it, or immediately if the booking is canceled. After that, only monthly sales totals remain, with no name or code.
  • To prevent abuse, when you send or look up a booking the site keeps a scrambled marker of your internet address (IP). It is used only to limit attempts and is deleted within hours.

Your rights

  • Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018), you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you.
  • Just ask on WhatsApp. We reply on the same channel.
