The rules for deposit, payment, cancellation and combos, all in one place. If you have a question, ask before paying.

Who sells

Morro de São Paulo Viagens is the trade name of 61.274.523 LUCAS EDUARDO CHAVES DA SILVA, CNPJ 61.274.523/0001-10, located at Gamboa, Cairu - BA, CEP 45420-000.

On the site you build an estimate: services, dates, people and extras. Nothing is charged on the site.
The message goes to our WhatsApp. The agent confirms availability, time and final price before any payment.
The booking is secured when the deposit is paid by Pix. You then receive the voucher with the instructions for the day.
Items marked "to be confirmed" or "on request" are priced by the agent before you decide.

On tours, the deposit is R$ 50 per person. On transfers, it is 50% of the price.
The rest is paid by the day of the service, by Pix or card. Card payments have a machine surcharge, and our team tells you the amount first.

If you cancel 72 hours or more ahead, we refund 100% of what you paid.
If you cancel less than 72 hours ahead, we keep 50% of what you paid.
No-show at the agreed time: no refund.
Heavy rain, rough seas or a sailing ban: we reschedule or refund everything, your choice. On the Island Tour, the deposit is also refunded if you feel unwell on the day.
These rules don't remove any right under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, including the right to withdraw from a purchase made outside the establishment (art. 49).

Article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code gives you 7 days to withdraw from a purchase made outside a physical store, such as through the site or WhatsApp.
To withdraw, send a message to the same WhatsApp you booked through, with your code. You don't need to give a reason.
We confirm receipt on the same channel. Refunds follow what the Code requires: immediately and adjusted for inflation.

The discount applies only to the land and boat transfer, not to tours or the catamaran. Combos don't add up: the highest one counts.
Tour + Transfer Combo: 7%. Book 1 tour with the land and boat transfer. Applied automatically to the total.
Family Combo: 10%. Land and boat transfer for 4 people or more. Applied automatically to the total.
Two Tours Combo: 10%. Book 2 or more tours with the land and boat transfer. Applied to the total automatically.

The TUPA, a preservation fee charged by the Municipality of Cairu, isn't included: R$ 70 per person, paid on arrival or on the TUPA CAIRU app. Children under 5 don't pay.
Each service shows on its own page what's included and what's paid separately.

Natural pools, water color and seabed visibility depend on the tide and the day's weather. We suggest the best time, but we can't guarantee them.
Boat times may change due to sea conditions or Navy guidance. When that happens, we let you know beforehand.
Some services are run by partner operators on the island. We connect you and follow your booking from start to finish.
